Melissa has been gone to North Carolina for a week now taking a missionary medical course and she won’t be back for another four days. When I dropped her off at the airport I didn’t think that it would be too bad to be apart for this long. I’ve pretty much had my fill of it now. My parents were here for about a week and I had some big projects to work on so that kept me distracted for a few days. Now I am just really looking forward to seeing my girls again. When she gets back we’ll have a long road trip to California that we can catch up.

Melissa- you look great! Cute pics from the baby shower too. Oh, don’t worry, we are still going to wonderful Cherokee land.
It’s just hard for alot of people to determine when we are done with the training, and they don’t quite get the whole Ling practicum thing. So we’re just sticking with the fact that we are done, and Cherokee is just a final test/practicum type of thing.
I’m actually probably only going to OK for 3 out of the 7 weeks…it’ll be hard to be apart, but if we want to leave for Mexico in January we feel it is necessary to keep our PD going up here in WI.
We need to see you guys sometime too!!
